Discernment Red Flags Part One
As a spiritual writer, people often ask me to evaluate other (sometimes spiritual, sometimes not) information sources. I get a lot of questions like “What do you think of this author,” or “what do you think of that information source.”
It’s a good question, it really is. Especially now as things begin to heat up on this earth. After all, not everybody that writes a spiritual book or “channels” a famous entity knows what they are talking about. The truth is, some people remain totally clueless even when they have direct connections to Ra or Jesus or Mohamed or The Galactic High Council of White People or whatever. Despite what the purveyors of fluff and nonsense would like you to believe, there is a lot of fluff, nonsense, and plain old fashioned misunderstanding out there in “guru land.” Couple that with the fact that we have no broadly accepted standards for assessing spiritual information and it can be hard to sort out the wheat from the chaff in this area.
